Last Friday I was invited to an event at Balthazar Champagne bar at Hotel d’Angleterre with Louis Nielsen, where the collection ‘Selected by Helena Christensen’ containing 20 different styles was presented. The collection contains the classic look, the super trendy or color blocked glasses. During the event I was lucky enough to get the chance to ask Helena a quick question about the collection, as I was curious to know what had inspired her in regards to the collection:
“I am very inspired by old fashion and old vintage. The glasses are quite retro – maybe a bit 50’s or 60’s. I really like when glasses are stylish, simple and classic yet edgy. I have very much focused on the color, as I think it’s more fun to experiment with colors rather than shape.”
